Armstrong is pleased to offer a convenient virtual survey option to our customers for their upcoming move.

How? Through video chat and a mobile device, Armstrong can conduct a virtual survey of customers’ items being moved. Customers also have the option to upload additional images of items stored offsite (e.g., storage units) should be included.

The virtual survey is perfect for those who have busy schedules or may not be comfortable having someone in their home.

A Virtual Survey is as Easy as One-Two-Three:

  1. Schedule a virtual survey time with Armstrong, then download United Van Line’s Virtual Survey app. The Virtual Survey app is available in the App Store and on Google Play. For Armstrong customers’ security, a Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions apply.
  2. At the scheduled time, launch the virtual survey app, then an Armstrong representative will conduct the survey via video chat. Armstrong recommends connecting to Wi-Fi or data charges may apply when conducting the Virtual Survey.
  3. Armstrong will create an estimate, then send it to the customer after the survey.

    A virtual survey is as simple as a video chat. During the survey, a moving specialist will guide customers through their home or office using their mobile device’s camera.
  • TIME SAVING
    Simply launch the virtual survey app at the scheduled time. In most cases, it is faster than a traditional survey when a company representative visits the home. It could even minimize your time away from work during normal business hours.

    Armstrong is committed to the protection of its customers’ data and privacy; therefore, data will only be used for authorized services and all videos and images will be stored on encrypted, secured cloud-based storage.
