“Armstrong was truly a God send! First they were able to make an out of state move happen in 4 days! I walked in on Monday and Thursday the crew was there! Dena is our coordinator and helped me through the paperwork process helping me to see all the good that was happening. Marilyn is my driver and her crew, Howard, James, and Jack arrived at my door and I was so surprised at how “caringly” they wrapped and handled our possessions. The way things were wrapped and carefully and thoughtfully placed was impressive. I say that because we have a lot of stuff! Most of our furniture is antiques and this crew did a great job preparing them for interstate travel. Dena surprised me today and told me it was going to be Marilyn and her crew delivering our furniture earlier than we thought. So that we can get our new house set up and get on with our new life with our things! Thanks again, I trust the off load will go just as smoothly.” – L.S.
“The guys who came to pick up the items were very friendly, respectful and chatty. It was super fun! Mary Guzman: she was very communicative during the entire process. I mistakenly left my international passport in one of the suitcases packed by the movers, and I needed it to start my new position. I contacted Mary and she was very helpful, patient and understanding of my plight. She helped solve the problem arranging with the guys in Durham to allow my close friend go in to pick it up and overnight it to me. She checked with me the next day to know if my friend was able to find the passport. She also let me know when my stuff will arrive as soon as she was informed. Overall, she did an awesome job getting things set up! Heman Richy (I am not sure I spelled that right) and the other guys that came to pick up also did a good job and were patient in working with us. It’s rare to find people who seemed so happy doing their jobs!” – O.O.

Brian showed excellent organization with inventory and all other aspects of his profession. Brian managed his crew very well and showed them respect and guidance throughout their work. Loader Dan showed an excellent quality in his ability to carefully wrap and protect items and precisely pack them in the truck to prevent damage. Packers used to load items at the Grand Blanc location- (2) men (I can’t remember their names) I would like to note that the two gentlemen hired by Brian to help pack and load items showed courtesy and respect to my wife and myself throughout the process. He extremely professional and thorough in all he and his team did for us. We felt like we got the very best! His crew also did an exemplary job in loading our things. They were very careful and respectful with our belongings and took extra care to ensure everything was wrapped and moved with extreme care. They moved very efficiently as a team and were also very personable. We give them all high marks! Along with Bill Cruse, the Knoxville crew was made up of J.R., Dan Marco, & Jerry. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone. Bill Cruse was our delivery driver as well. He did a masterful job in accounting for every piece they transported and carefully placed every item where it belonged in our home.
